Human Resources Representative – English Speaking

About the role

The People Solutions Centre Representative (PSC Rep) is the first point of contact for all employees at Concentrix Greece. This role is ideal for positive, problem‑solving individuals who enjoy making employees’ lives easier by providing accurate, timely HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare new‑hire documentation and manage employee lifecycle events.
• Administer and maintain HR documents and records.
• Generate weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Enter and update employee data in internal HR information systems.
• Handle multiple communication channels to answer staff queries on policies and procedures.
• Provide first‑time resolution with a high level of customer service.
• Search and retrieve data from various systems to resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure queries are fully resolved.

Required profile

• Experience in HR administration, administrative or client‑support roles.
• Fluent in Greek and English (minimum C2 level).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Consistent achievement of service level agreements and targets.
