HR Payroll Officer

About the role

Join Manifest’s growing HR team and help manage payroll and employment administration for more than 1,000 employees across Greece. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and act as a key liaison with public authorities and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle actions (hires, terminations, changes) through ERGANI.
• Prepare and submit employment contracts, amendments and monthly work schedules.
• Participate in the payroll process, guaranteeing accurate calculations and timely execution.
• Support compliance with Greek labour law, social insurance and related regulations.
• Liaise with public authorities and stakeholders on payroll and employment matters.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on payroll, insurance and labour‑law topics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and payroll documentation.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment and Operations teams for smooth workforce administration.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Greek labour law and social‑insurance regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with payroll systems such as Pylon or SoftOne.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (and MS Office).
