Hotel Manager – Domotel Olympia Thessaloniki

About the role

We are seeking an inspiring and commercially minded Hotel Manager to lead Domotel Olympia Thessaloniki through day‑to‑day operations and a major renovation. The hotel, a well‑known 3‑star property with 97 rooms, will be upgraded to a 4‑star standard while remaining operational.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall hotel performance, ensuring guest‑focused service and operational excellence.
• Build and motivate a high‑performing team, coaching department heads and staff.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage personally with guests, resolve concerns, and drive exceptional satisfaction scores.
• Own the operating budget, control payroll, purchasing, inventories and drive profitability.
• Achieve a Gross Operating Profit of at least 38% while preserving guest experience.
• Represent the hotel within the Thessaloniki business community and develop commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a hotel of similar size and star rating.
• Strong leadership presence, visible on the floor and able to inspire staff.
• Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of meeting profitability targets.
• Ability to manage a transformation project while keeping operations running.
• Commitment to delivering personalised hospitality and high guest satisfaction.
