About the role
AeroBook is seeking a full‑time Hospitality Supervisor to manage daily operations at one of the hotels we operate in central Athens. You will ensure a high standard of guest experience while leading and developing the on‑site team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage, coach, and train staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate guest activities, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements as needed.
Required profile
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and partners.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with hospitality technologies and management tools (a plus).
