Handyman – Property Maintenance Technician

About the role

Oikos Property Developments is seeking a reliable Handyman to provide on‑site technical support for its property portfolio. You will be responsible for a wide range of small‑scale repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring that both interior and exterior spaces remain functional and presentable for owners and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall installation.
• Identify major faults and coordinate with certified professionals such as electricians, plumbers and gas technicians.
• Inspect and maintain doors, locks, windows and other building components.
• Respond promptly to service requests and schedule visits efficiently.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified tradespeople.
• Communicate with clients, provide status updates and ensure a clean work environment after each job.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Consistent attendance and reliability in completing scheduled tasks.
• Team‑oriented attitude with professional appearance when meeting clients.
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written) are preferred.
• Neat, clean work habits and respect for client properties.
