Gym Trainer – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a Gym Trainer to join the luxury resort Fouquet’s Mykonos, the first Barrière Group property in Greece. The successful candidate will act as the ambassador of well‑being, delivering personalized fitness assessments, training sessions and wellness guidance to our guests in a stunning beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the fitness centre and provide a high‑end, tailored wellness experience.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design individualized training programmes based on guests’ goals and fitness levels.
• Lead personal training sessions while ensuring safety, professionalism and guest satisfaction.
• Instruct guests on correct use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the fitness area at all times.
• Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Promote the resort’s wellness facilities and encourage guest participation in fitness activities.
• Ensure compliance with Barrière Group standards, health‑and‑safety regulations and LQA service standards.

Required profile

• Experience in delivering personal training or fitness services, preferably within a hospitality environment.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt programmes to diverse fitness levels.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and the high standards of a luxury resort.
