About the role

Join PwC Greece’s Accounting & Finance Managed Services team in Athens as a graduate. You will support clients with statutory accounting, tax compliance and audit assistance while developing expertise in Greek GAAP, IFRS and modern ERP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with statutory accounting requirements under Greek GAAP and IFRS.
• Support tax compliance, including preparation of various tax returns.
• Collaborate on bookkeeping and financial report preparation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting and tax regulations and assist with planning and filing activities.
• Provide support to clients during audit processes.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient communication skills in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
