Junior Accounting Associate

About the role

Intale, a fast‑growing retail‑tech company, is looking for a Junior Accounting Associate to support its finance team. You will help maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and assist the financial officer in day‑to‑day accounting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data, process invoices and keep financial records up to date.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closings and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare basic financial reports and support payroll processing.
• Reconcile customer and supplier balances, resolve billing issues and track warehouse movements.
• Handle payments to suppliers, manage office supply stocks and arrange travel when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Native Greek speaker with very good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP software (preferably Epsilon Pylon).
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
