Google & Meta Ads Specialist (PPC / Performance Marketing)

About the role

Fynd Agency is looking for a hands‑on Google & Meta Ads Specialist to own paid‑media strategy and execution for a portfolio of e‑commerce and service clients across Greek and English‑speaking markets. You will work closely with the development team, ensuring that technical blockers such as site changes, product feeds, and tracking are resolved in‑house.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display) for multiple markets.
• Design, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns for e‑commerce and lead‑generation objectives.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Manage Google Merchant Center feeds, resolve disapprovals and ensure product data accuracy.
• Monitor budgets, analyse performance and deliver monthly reporting to clients.
• Test new audiences, ad angles and creative assets, acting on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budgets.
• Strong English writing skills for Australian and US audiences; good Greek for domestic clients.
• Comfortable configuring GA4 and GTM events, not just reading dashboards.
• Ability to explain performance changes in clear, non‑technical terms.
• Organised and able to juggle several accounts across different markets.
