Google Ads Performance Specialist

About the role

ThinkTank® is looking for a Google Ads Performance Specialist who goes beyond simple campaign setup. The role focuses on driving real business impact through ROAS, profitability, lead quality, and accurate conversion tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Take ownership of account performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA and lead quality.
• Analyse data to make strategic decisions rather than only platform‑level tweaks.
• Collaborate on conversion‑tracking implementations using GTM and GA4.
• Identify growth opportunities across multiple accounts.
• Communicate results and recommendations to clients clearly and structurally.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads accounts with real budgets and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR).
• Experience with GA4 and reporting; Looker Studio is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies and optimisation logic.
• Ability to analyse data and think strategically.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Google Ads (Search & Performance Max experience required).
• Google Tag Manager (basic to intermediate level).
• GA4 (events, conversions, reporting).
• Experience working in an agency or multi‑account environment (MCC).
