German-speaking Sales Advisor – Athens (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Sales Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role is hybrid, full‑time and focuses on delivering high‑quality customer interactions across phone, chat and email while promoting the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, chat and email.
• Provide accurate information using internal tools and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs, including call‑handling targets.
• Ensure compliance with communication procedures and data‑protection policies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through clear, professional communication.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German proficiency and at least B2 level English.
• Proven experience in multi‑channel customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication with active listening.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
