German-speaking Digital Account Manager – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Account Manager who is fluent in German to join our Athens office. The role blends account management, digital advertising expertise, and a commercial focus to help clients achieve their business goals while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to uncover growth opportunities.
• Present tailored digital advertising solutions and optimisation recommendations.
• Identify upsell and performance‑improvement opportunities across accounts.
• Manage client communications, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account documentation.
• Share campaign performance insights with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2+).
• Minimum 2 years experience in telesales, inside/outbound sales or account management.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting sales targets.
• Hands‑on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
