German-Speaking Account Manager – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Account Manager to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with e‑commerce business customers, supporting their onboarding and driving platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing business customers for an e‑commerce platform.
• Support onboarding, registration, and initial setup of small‑to-medium and large accounts.
• Conduct outbound outreach and follow‑up to activate accounts and increase engagement.
• Guide customers through platform features, promote feature adoption and higher spend.
• Identify business opportunities, contribute to account growth and retention.
• Keep accurate customer records and pipeline updates in internal systems.
• Achieve individual sales, activation and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal multicultural teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German language proficiency and English at minimum B2 level.
• Previous experience in account management, sales, customer success or business development is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable with outbound communication and customer‑facing activities.
