Front Office Agent

About the role

The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Oroséa, an adults‑only retreat on the island of Paros. This on‑site position involves welcoming guests, handling arrivals and departures, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, including room assignments and payment processing.
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
• Keep the lobby and reception area tidy, organized, and inviting.
• Resolve guest issues quickly, offering solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or reception roles, including check‑in/check‑out and room allocation.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential guest information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) software.
• Basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
