Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests at AIRIO Athens Luxury Suites, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a professional presence at the reception desk and frequent interaction with guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle payments.
• Answer phone calls and emails, process reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems.
• Provide information on local attractions, dining, and cultural activities.
• Assist with special requests, coordinate with housekeeping and management, and resolve guest issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a welcoming attitude.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous hospitality or front‑desk experience preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including reservation system software.
• Familiarity with email and office software tools.
