French‑Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our Athens team. The role focuses on retaining and expanding our existing client base while driving revenue through renewals, upsells and new product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop deep product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services proactively to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term product adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns, remove obstacles and handle objections to retain customers and secure new business.
• Handle a high volume of phone and email interactions daily and build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Quick learner of new tools, technology and data.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
