French Speaking Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information Specialist

About the role

This position focuses on reviewing, assessing, and processing safety data across multiple service lines. The specialist will handle adverse event information, ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs, and support both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete assigned trainings on time.
• Process safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Collect, track, and code incoming adverse events (AE) and related information.
• Write narratives, perform literature activities, and maintain case documentation.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and delivery standards are met for each project.
• Identify and raise quality issues to senior team members.
• Liaise with project management, clinical, data management, and healthcare professionals to resolve case‑related queries.
• Mentor new team members when assigned and participate in project meetings.

Required profile

• Life Sciences degree.
• Excellent written and verbal French (C2/native) and English (minimum C1) skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant pharmacovigilance or medical information experience.

Required skills

• Adverse event coding and case management.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and SOPs.
• Ability to produce accurate safety narratives and literature reviews.
