French-Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role is hybrid, combining office presence with remote work, and focuses on driving revenue through renewals, upsells and new product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term product adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns, remove obstacles and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain a high volume of phone and email interactions daily and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
