French Customer Care Specialist – Hybrid (Athens)

About the role

Join an international team in Athens to provide French‑language support for a leading European online payment platform. The position combines remote work with office presence in Neos Kosmos, offering a stable, long‑term opportunity in the fintech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Identify customer needs, deliver accurate information and ensure high‑quality service.
• Build strong relationships, process requests, and maintain detailed records.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards consistently.

Required profile

• Fluent French (minimum C2 level) and good command of English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a rotational schedule.
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
