Customer Support Agent

About the role

Super Technologies is building the next generation of sports, gaming and fan experiences. As a Customer Support Agent you will be the primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels, delivering timely assistance and fostering lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, live chat, social media and review sites.
• Resolve enquiries, provide solutions and alternatives, and ensure issues are closed effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all contacts in the call‑centre database.
• Continuously deepen product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Meet daily targets for service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business results.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Friendly, empathetic approach with the ability to stay positive under pressure.
• Previous experience in a customer support or call‑centre environment.
• Medium‑level proficiency in English and fluency in Greek.
