French Customer Care Specialist – Hybrid (Athens)

About the role

Join an international team in Athens to provide French‑language support for a leading European online payment platform serving freelancers and SMEs. This hybrid position combines remote work with office presence in Neos Kosmos.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Identify customer needs, deliver accurate information and build strong relationships.
• Process requests, maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
• Adhere to quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French (minimum C2 level) and good command of English.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work in a rotational schedule.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
