French Customer Care Specialist – Hybrid (Athens)

About the role

Join an international team in Athens and provide front‑line support to French‑speaking customers of a leading European online payment platform. The position combines remote work with office presence in Neos Kosmos, offering a stable, long‑term career in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Identify customer needs, deliver accurate information and ensure high‑quality service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Process requests, keep detailed records, and follow company procedures.
• Adhere to quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French (minimum C2 level) and good command of English.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
