Freelance Recruitment Partner – Remote (Greece)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking motivated Freelance Recruitment Partners in Greece to work remotely and earn up to 40% commission on each successful placement. You will tap into a global pool of 500+ live vacancies across sectors such as iGaming, tech, BPO, sales, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and other channels.
• Screen, interview and qualify candidates against client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Team and Managing Director to deliver recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple sectors.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Keep candidate information organised and up‑to‑date within the ATS.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted career partner.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of the Greek talent market.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably with international exposure.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Responsive, proactive and delivery‑focused mindset.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technology is a plus.
