Forklift Operator

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, ensuring safe handling of raw materials and finished goods while adhering to food safety and FEFO principles.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming raw materials or finished goods following FEFO, allergen segregation, and food safety standards.
• Unload potatoes, count big bags per lot, and store them by batch in the potato warehouse.
• Supply production lines with raw materials based on schedules and BOMs, scanning cartons during handover.
• Replenish picking locations, move pallets to and from storage, and organize returned pallets.
• Ensure proper charging of forklift batteries and promptly report any equipment damage or malfunctions.
• Strictly follow health, safety, and food safety procedures, reporting hazards, incidents, and participating in HSE programs.

Required profile

• Forklift Operator Certification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and barcode systems.
• Ability to support loading and unloading activities.
• Understanding of FEFO/FIFO stock rotation principles.
• Attention to detail, time management, and clear communication with operators and supervisors.
