Fitness Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fitness Trainer to join House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members' club in central Athens. The role centres on creating a safe, motivating environment in the strength and weight area while supporting members throughout their fitness journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain a clean, organized cardio, weightlifting and strength‑training area.
• Monitor members’ techniques, provide real‑time guidance, correct form and suggest exercise modifications.
• Enforce club policies and safety protocols to ensure a professional training environment.
• Assist members with exercise selection, program adjustments and progressive overload strategies.
• Offer expert advice on strength and cardiovascular training, recovery strategies and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage actively with members to enhance their club experience and fitness progress.
• Optional: Lead group‑fitness classes such as HIIT, strength‑based sessions or Pilates.
