Financial Services Manager – Banking & Wealth

About the role

PwC Greece is looking for a Financial Services Manager to join its Banking & Wealth practice. You will act as a strategic partner for banks and wealth managers, helping them redesign operating models, modernise core processes and drive lasting change across Greece and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with financial services clients on complex operational and strategic challenges, delivering analysis, process redesign and operating‑model transformation.
• Support the definition of target operating models that balance efficiency, resilience and growth.
• Advise on digital transformation initiatives such as channel strategy, omnichannel design, digital onboarding and straight‑through processing.
• Lead workstreams and manage junior team members to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development from opportunity identification through proposal writing and pitching.
• Collaborate with colleagues across PwC’s global network to bring the best of the firm to each engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 6‑8 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or in a financial services transformation function.
• Proven track record of leading engagements end‑to‑end with responsibility for delivery quality and client relationships.
• Experience in core banking strategy, operating‑model design, payments, digital transformation or wealth‑management projects.
