Financial Analyst

About the role

KORRES, a Greek natural‑beauty brand powered by scientific research, is seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Financial Analyst to join its Group FP&A team. You will work in an international environment, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support the planning process, including the annual budget, budget revisions and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyze variances against budget and prior periods, delivering insights on performance drivers.
• Prepare, analyse and review expense reports to aid performance monitoring.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses of special projects, profitability, and new initiatives, assessing risks and financial impact.
• Build and improve financial models and related processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in a finance department, preferably within a large multinational.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive attitude with focus on system and process improvements.
