Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department at the headquarters in Athens. The role will support reporting, budgeting, credit control and cash‑flow analysis, providing insights that drive business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the financial planning and controlling process, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and standards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, collaborating with internal departments.
• Perform cash‑flow analysis, monitor working capital and support liquidity management activities.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends and potential risks, and prepare relevant reports.
• Monitor customer and supplier exposure in line with internal policies and guidelines.
• Review customers’ credibility through ICAP reports and credit insurances.
• Oversee the company’s receivables factoring process.
• Monitor credit control processes and customers’ balances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial planning and controlling processes.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in industrial sectors or audit firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Basic to good understanding of accounting and journal‑entry recording.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a hands‑on approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
