Financial Analyst

About the role

Join the Sani/Ikos Group, a leading family and beach resort operator, as a Financial Analyst supporting the finance function of new resort projects and ongoing operations in Thessaloniki. You will play a key role in shaping financial decisions and ensuring the financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for projects and operational activities.
• Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor project cash flows, expenditures, and commitments, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Project teams to support cost‑control processes and ensure financial alignment.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports.
• Support the Financial Controller in audit processes, financial compliance, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP or other financial systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of project‑based financials (real estate, construction, hospitality) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Greek; Spanish is a plus.
