Finance Management Trainee

About the role

In a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, the Finance Management Trainee role provides an intensive, hands‑on immersion into core finance operations. Reporting to the division’s Finance Director, you will gain exposure to month‑end closing, budgeting, trend monitoring and a strong understanding of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, report and follow up on budgets, financial trends and actual results in line with Group standards and deadlines.
• Ensure high data quality and strong controls by leveraging financial systems such as SAP, BOOST and COMPASS.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to analyse division channels and customer financial performance against targets, proposing actions to maintain budgetary objectives.
• Contribute to the transformation of the Finance function by optimising processes, enhancing efficiency and driving financial performance.

Required profile

• Academic background in Finance or Economics.
• Well‑developed computer skills and agility with finance reporting tools (MS Office, SAP, BOOST, COMPASS).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to perfect execution.
• Excellent ability to collaborate with commercial stakeholders and work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in professional English.
