Field Medical Advisor – Dermatology

About the role

LEO Pharma is seeking a Field Medical Advisor specialized in dermatology to act as a trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals and key external experts in Greece. You will support evidence‑based decision making and help strengthen the company’s medical presence in dermatology.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain scientific relationships with key external dermatology experts.
• Communicate balanced, accurate, and compliant medical information about LEO Pharma products.
• Plan and coordinate medical and scientific activities in line with the Medical Affairs Plan.
• Support investigator‑initiated study proposals, data generation projects and site identification.
• Provide scientific support to internal teams, including Medical Affairs and Sales Representatives.
• Contribute to scientific meetings, presentations and publications based on local needs.

Required profile

• A strong scientific or medical educational background, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related field.
• Solid medical and scientific knowledge in dermatology, enabling you to act as a therapeutic area expert.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs or a similar pharmaceutical function, ideally with field‑based scientific engagement.
• Excellent scientific communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
