Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation and reliability of building facilities and electromechanical systems for a dynamic group of companies. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, coordinate external service providers, and guarantee compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of building facilities and electromechanical equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Monitor critical systems such as BMS, UPS, fire protection, medical gases, and energy management.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and technical standards.
• Prepare technical reports and updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or technical operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and technical teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English.

• Experience using CMMS platforms.
