ERP Consultant

About the role

Benefit Software is seeking an ambitious ERP Consultant to join its Implementation department. You will act as the main liaison with maritime clients, translating their business needs into tailored ERP solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, gathering requirements and aligning them with project goals.
• Document client objectives and configure the Benefit ERP system to meet those specifications.
• Provide regular project updates and demonstrate new system features upon completion.
• Deliver client training and contribute to the creation of training materials.
• Ensure that customer requirements are matched with the capabilities of the Benefit ERP platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Shipping, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate or office environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Results‑oriented and customer‑focused attitude.
