Enterprise Ads Sales Manager

About the role

Wolt is expanding its Ads business and is looking for a senior professional to lead enterprise advertising sales for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners. You will act as the primary liaison between top CPG brands and Wolt’s growing ad platform, driving revenue and delivering measurable value to both partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and commercialise new ad and promo products for CPG partners, turning product features into revenue opportunities.
• Design win‑win‑win business models that benefit CPG brands, Wolt, and end‑customers, and create joint business plans.
• Coordinate with local teams and global ads operations to execute campaign plans, manage inventory availability and ensure flawless campaign flows.
• Analyse billions of transaction data points stored in Snowflake via Looker to produce dashboards, KPIs and actionable insights for partners.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with the world’s largest consumer brands, providing world‑class service and strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise advertising or sales, preferably with CPG brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional and international teams.
• Self‑starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
