Employability Facilitator

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks an Employability Facilitator to support the integration of third‑country nationals and beneficiaries of international and temporary protection into the Greek labour market. Working in the Central Greece region, the role contributes to the Helios+ project, which combines language training, vocational education and social‑cohesion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide employability support services to project beneficiaries, including job‑search assistance and career counselling.
• Coordinate and deliver Greek language courses and vocational training programmes.
• Assist beneficiaries with independent‑living measures such as rental subsidies.
• Collaborate with national and local authorities, NGOs and other partners to promote social inclusion.
• Monitor and report on the progress of integration activities under the supervision of the Regional Coordinator and Project Team Lead.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in employability, labour‑market integration or related programmes.
