Electronic Warfare Division Director

About the role

EFA GROUP is seeking an experienced leader to head its Electronic Warfare Division. The director will shape the division’s strategy, drive business growth, and oversee a portfolio of advanced defence and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategic growth plan that aligns with the Group’s overall objectives.
• Develop the technology roadmap for EW systems, including SIGINT, ESM, ECM, Electronic Attack and Electronic Protection.
• Lead the Counter‑UAS strategy, forge partnerships and integrate EW with C‑UAS capabilities.
• Drive revenue growth, manage relationships with defence ministries, armed forces, NATO entities and industry partners.
• Own the division’s P&L, allocate resources, monitor KPIs, budgets, schedules and risks.
• Ensure successful execution of programmes and contracts across multidisciplinary teams.
• Build, mentor and inspire high‑performing engineering, program‑management and commercial teams.

Required profile

• MSc in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in defence or high‑technology sectors, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of electronic warfare technologies and defence procurement processes.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and complex programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
