Electrical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead data‑centre projects in Athens. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, managing senior personnel such as Site Managers, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
• Prepare estimations, design packs and support value‑engineering activities.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection and contract administration.
• Monitor material usage, progress reporting, RFIs, technical submittals and programme updates.
• Conduct regular meetings with design teams and subcontractors.
• Implement health and safety procedures and report to the H&S Manager.
• Support business development and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in a management role within the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) industry.
• Proven leadership ability and strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
