Electrical & Electronics Design Engineer (Junior‑Mid Level)

About the role

ES Systems, part of the EFA GROUP, is looking for a motivated Electrical & Electronics Design Engineer at a junior‑to‑mid level. You will work closely with senior engineers to design, prototype, and validate electrical and electronic systems, gaining hands‑on experience from concept through to testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design electrical and electronic schematics using CAD tools.
• Create, layout, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Produce and maintain engineering documentation such as BOMs, wiring diagrams, and factory acceptance tests.
• Assist in the assembly, debugging, and validation of electronic prototypes.
• Perform laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and measurements with standard test equipment.
• Support prototype integration, verification, and design improvements based on test results.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers throughout the product development cycle.
• Participate in component selection, design reviews, and engineering change implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Junior to mid‑level experience or recent graduate with strong academic performance.
• Passion for electronic product development and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic experience with KiCad for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Understanding of analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets and technical documentation.
• Practical laboratory skills: soldering, assembly, debugging, and troubleshooting.
