About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will support the Sani/Ikos Group’s resort portfolio by ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient warehouse processes across all locations. You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures, train staff, and act as the bridge between warehouse teams, IT, and other corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain group‑wide Warehouse SOPs, guaranteeing standardisation and compliance.
• Visit hotels to provide guidance and training on receiving, storage, picking, replenishment, returns, waste handling and other back‑of‑house activities.
• Support configuration, testing, implementation and continuous improvement of WMS and ERP systems, liaising with Master Data and IT teams.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, variance investigations and corrective actions.
• Design and monitor KPIs (stock accuracy, productivity, space utilisation, picking accuracy, service levels, waste management) and prepare analytical reports.
• Assist with audits, food‑safety compliance and participate in warehouse projects, HR initiatives and H&S programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations within a hospitality or similar multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop processes, train teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with procurement, finance, operations and IT departments.
