Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent – Athens (Full Relocation)

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking B2B Sales Agent to join our international team in Athens. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation and pipeline management for cloud‑based products, helping SMEs discover and adopt our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate, qualify and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Identify decision‑makers, understand their needs and present relevant cloud products and upgrades.
• Educate customers on solution benefits and uncover growth opportunities.
• Use CRM systems to track leads and interactions while meeting agreed KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level and Business English at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• High accountability, motivation and good PC literacy.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85 % accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

• €1,400 gross monthly salary paid over 14 months.
