Dutch & French Speaking IT Service Desk Agent

About the role

Cegeka is looking for a Dutch‑ and French‑speaking IT Service Desk Agent to join its Service Desk team. You will be the first point of contact for users, providing technical assistance via phone, email and chat, and ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log IT support requests through phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Manage, prioritize and resolve or appropriately escalate support tickets.
• Assist users with account and access issues.
• Follow a structured troubleshooting methodology to identify, investigate and resolve incidents.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and customer records.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Native or professional proficiency in Dutch and French.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to troubleshoot in a structured way.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with ticketing or ITSM systems (advantage).
