Dutch-English Customer Success Account Manager (Remote, Greece)

About the role

As a Dutch‑English Customer Success Account Manager working remotely from Greece, you will help customers achieve their business goals while driving revenue for TTEC. The role blends strategic thinking, product expertise and a customer‑focused mindset to build strong, long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Find prospects and provide tailored product recommendations to drive revenue.
• Research customer contracts and history using platforms such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and create customer‑specific use cases that highlight solution value.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline, providing accurate updates and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and expand product adoption.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships by understanding business objectives and advising customers.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Outbound sales experience with prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation and upselling.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based solutions and subscription models.
• Proven ability to engage decision‑makers and close deals across phone, email and social media.
• Ability to meet weekly, daily and monthly sales targets and manage a high‑volume pipeline.
• Confidence presenting to C‑suite executives.
