DTM Enumerator (2‑month consultancy)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a DTM Enumerator to support the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Flow Monitoring Surveys in Greece. This is a short‑term consultancy (2 months) focused on collecting reliable data on displaced populations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the DTM Focal Point for Greece in planning and executing flow‑monitoring surveys.
• Conduct face‑to‑face interviews with migrants and vulnerable groups across the South, Centre and North regions.
• Record, process and transmit survey data in accordance with IOM standards.
• Prepare concise reports and documentation in English.
• Complete mandatory IOM training and a one‑day DTM training before field work.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least three years of relevant experience, or a first‑level university degree with at least one year of experience.
• Experience working with vulnerable groups or migrants.
• Proven ability to conduct personal interviews and collect field data.
• Good command of written English for report preparation.
• Willingness to travel within the designated regions of Greece.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MS Office applications.
