Director of Spa and Wellness

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking a Director of Spa and Wellness to lead its Spa and Sports & Recreation operations. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the financial success of the wellness portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, wellness, and sports & recreation facilities.
• Develop and maintain service standards that reflect Four Seasons’ luxury brand.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and P&L for the wellness department.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to integrate wellness offerings with overall guest services.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and launch new wellness programs and treatments to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in luxury spa and wellness operations.
• Strong hospitality background with a focus on delivering premium guest experiences.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and drive financial results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
