Digital Sales Representative - Chemicals

About the role

As a Digital Sales Representative you will help grow BTC’s digital sales business in the chemicals sector. You will provide excellent customer service, manage orders through digital platforms and look for new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries via ChemShop, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales and e‑share targets with a focus on profitable growth.
• Qualify and convert new leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply‑chain, finance and other internal teams.
• Utilise digital sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Experience in sales, customer service or commercial roles is a plus.
• Native Greek speaker with excellent English; French is a strong advantage.
• Strong digital mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
