Digital Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, self‑driven Digital Product Designer to join our Product Implementation team. You will translate business ideas into clear product requirements, shape user journeys and create prototypes that drive discussion and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business concepts into product requirements, user journeys and low‑to‑mid fidelity design artifacts.
• Apply design thinking to explore problems, test ideas and shape solutions during live workshops.
• Rapidly visualise concepts, flows and system ideas, adapting designs in real time based on participant feedback.
• Collaborate with facilitators, technologists, product owners, developers and stakeholders to move ideas from conversation to concrete form.
• Support usability checks, lightweight validation exercises and document design rationale.
• Package design outputs for reuse by clients or internal teams and leverage AI tools to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Engineering or related field (post‑graduate a plus).
• 4–8+ years of experience in product, UI/UX or service design.
• Comfortable designing live in front of stakeholders and translating abstract discussions into tangible artifacts.
• Strong verbal communication in English (Greek optional) and a bias toward clarity and speed over visual polish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints and concept prototyping.
• Ability to adapt designs in real time based on group feedback.
• Use of AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate exploration.
