Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Volton Hellenic Energy SA is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Athens team. You will design, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns across Google, Meta and emerging platforms, supporting the company’s multi‑service energy and telecom portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (awareness, consideration, performance) on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid channels.
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports and analyse results to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers and the in‑house graphic designer to produce creative assets (texts, images, videos, landing pages).
• Manage daily activity on social media accounts, website updates and content calendar.
• Support TikTok initiatives, including content creation, scheduling and trend monitoring.
• Identify, vet and coordinate with influencers and brand partners to extend reach.
• Explore AI‑powered content tools (ChatGPT, generative AI, marketing automation) to streamline creation and personalisation.
• Maintain website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.
