Senior Digital & Retail Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital & Retail Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital and cooperative (COOP) marketing campaigns for a leading consumer electronics and appliances brand. The role will work closely with retail partners, e‑commerce teams and internal marketing functions to drive sell‑out and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning, execution, optimisation and evaluation of digital and COOP campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Develop annual and campaign‑level budget allocation plans across digital channels and retail partners.
• Manage COOP campaigns with key retailers, evaluate proposals and recommend activities, media placements and budgets.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to maximise sell‑out and ROI.
• Plan and execute campaigns on Meta, Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and influencer channels.
• Support e‑commerce and retail media initiatives, ensuring product visibility and commercial growth.
• Manage and optimise Skroutz activities, including Sponsored Products, content optimisation and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in Small Domestic Appliances or Consumer Electronics.
• Proven experience managing both digital marketing and COOP budgets.
• Existing relationships with retailer marketing/e‑commerce teams and media agencies are highly valued.
