DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & Cloud Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead the onboarding of telecom and OSS applications onto Kubernetes‑based platforms. You will drive automation, improve system reliability, and support our customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and execute technical onboarding of TelCo and OSS applications onto Kubernetes platforms.
• Automate operational tasks and create enhancements to boost performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Analyze logs and metrics, resolve bugs, and implement preventive measures.
• Respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and minimize downtime.
• Manage change‑control processes and system lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth upgrades and version control.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for standby operations.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise combined with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Continuous‑learning mindset and willingness to share knowledge.

Required skills

• Mobile or Fixed Network technologies/architecture knowledge.
• Experience with OpenStack or other private cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in onboarding complex applications to Kubernetes.
• Linux system administration and TCP/IP fundamentals (DNS, IP routing, load balancing).
• Hands‑on experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD workflows.
• Scripting/automation using Python, Bash, Ansible.
• Database and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of cloud‑native security and compliance practices.
