DevOps Engineer – Test Automation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our Test Automation Framework supporting mobile and fixed services across Europe. You will work in an international Agile team, ensuring reliable, scalable testing infrastructure and delivering high‑quality automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and continuously improve the infrastructure that powers automated testing.
• Develop software components, services and APIs to automate manual workflows involving smartphones and IP phones.
• Design, document and maintain manual and automated test cases, test suites and regression coverage.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyse results, troubleshoot flaky tests and manage defect resolution.
• Monitor performance, availability and scalability of test environments and implement proactive, secure fixes.
• Provide second‑level support to customers and partners, triage incidents, reproduce problems and document solutions.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge‑base articles and turn recurring support issues into automation improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, follow change‑management processes and ensure smooth version upgrades.
